The Single Patient Station and the Dual Patient Station from TekTone have two-way communication between patient and nurse, and provides for programmable privacy, paging and patient priority from the master station. If a call cord or pillow speaker is accidentally removed from its receptacle, the nurse master station registers a "cord-out" call. Dual Patient Station additionally features independently operating receptacle and a second call-placed indicator.
