JOB POSITION: Supply Chain Manager
LOCATION: 195 South Third Street, Dassel, MN 55325 (this is not a fully remote position)
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to distribution and logistics. This position requires strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the smooth running of the supply chain. The Supply Chain Manager will also be responsible for monitoring costs and ensuring that quality standards are met.
DUTIES - including but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet customer needs.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas of improvement.
- Manage transportation of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA in applicable field and/or related experience.
- 3-5 years purchasing and/or contracts management experience.
- Strong negotiating skills
