Inside Sales Representative 1

Location: 195 S. Third Street, Dassel, MN 55325

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR1) is responsible for answering customer calls, issuing orders received via telephone, fax, mail, and web and processing through the Crest Business Management System.  The ISR1 works in conjunction with multiple departments to handle customer inquiries and order processing.
The ISR will represent Crest in a professional manner, be a strong advocate for the customer and take advantage of opportunities to make sales that benefit the customer and Crest.

  • 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a business to business capacity

  • Experience with customer service/sales skills involving problem solving; use of reference tools

  • Extensive experience with MS Windows and MS Office

  • Superior oral and written communication skills as well as effective listening skills

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual able to begin work immediately.

Production / Assembly Worker

Location: 195 S. Third Street, Dassel, MN 55325

Build and assemble products with a quality standard that is next to none utilizing the most efficient process, with a primary focus on maintaining or exceeding all customer expectations.

  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or job related experience

  • Be a team player and display a positive attitude

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions

  • Soldering experience helpful, but not required (training provided)

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual able to begin work immediately.

Electrical Engineer II

Location: 195 S. Third Street, Dassel, MN 55325

Duties: Define, design, develop, and validate testing of new electronics products and related equipment as a project manager. Define the functionality and requirements for those products. Design analog and digital circuits for healthcare products including writing firmware and building prototypes with verification and validation testing. Design and develop in house testing equipment and protocols. Provide internal training on new healthcare products including manufacturing floor, tech support and sales support and training. Identify design, quality, manufacturing, and testing improvements of existing electronic healthcare products through research. Conduct root cause analysis of faulty healthcare products. Work and negotiate with overseas suppliers on production, quality, and testing of healthcare products and components. Provide electrical design support and maintain existing proprietary products to ongoing healthcare projects. Create procedural improvements related to product engineering.

Requirements: A U.S. baccalaureate or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering and 2.5 years of experience with electrical/electronic design of medical device products. Experience with firmware development in Assembly and C/C++ language. Experience with maintaining and updating testing graphical user interface software in C# language. Experience with circuit design and layout in Altium and PCBA testing.
