Warehouse
- Accurately ship all customer orders per order instructions while maintaining a high service level.
- Accurately receive and inventory incoming piece parts and product per purchase order detail.
- Fulfill each customer order by pulling product designated and packaging it to freight carrier's  specifications.
- Fulfill each work order per production schedule by pulling and staging designated piece parts for assembly.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and performing location audit.
- Valid Driver's license to drive the company vehicle for running errands and to make local pick-ups and deliveries.
- Communicate with all departments regarding any of the above functions to maintain a superior level of customer service.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Work experience in related area desirable.
- Personal computer knowledge desirable.
- Must be a team player and display a positive attitude with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and follow directions.
- Flexibility to perform a wide variety of tasks each day while demonstrating effective time management skills.
- Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the day and capable of lifting 25 lbs.

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our accounting team. This role is responsible for accurate customer invoicing and billing support related to both domestic and international shipments. The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers, takes pride in accuracy, and collaborates well with multiple departments in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
This position is well suited for someone with billing or accounting support experience who is looking for stability and the opportunity to grow their skills within a manufacturing and distribution setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process daily customer invoices for domestic and international shipments
- Review sales orders and shipping documentation to ensure billing accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist with credit memos, invoice corrections, and adjustments
- Maintain organized billing records and documentation
- Provide light administrative support, including answering phones and assisting with occasional vendor visits
Training will be provided on company systems and shipping processes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in billing, accounting support, or a related administrative role
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
