Customers who order a wrong item or are dissatisfied with their purchase may return products within 90 days of the ship date. Customers will receive credit or, upon their request, will be issued a refund. Returns after 90 days are generally not accepted.

Returns after 30 days from the ship date will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. All returned items must be in new, resellable condition and in the original packing. Any items returned after 30 days that are not sellable will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

In order to return a product, the customer must complete the Returns Order Request form found below. Crest will provide a Sales Return (SR) number. Returns may not be accepted without a SR.

Custom made-to-order items, fabricated orders and certain large volume orders may not be returned unless defective. Personal use items are not returnable if opened/removed from the original packaging. Non-stock dropped shipped items with an D/S icon or T/S icon are shipped directly from our vendors. These orders are subject to the vendor's return and restocking policy.

Purchaser is responsible for all freight charges unless the item was shipped in error or defective.
