Customers who order a wrong item or are dissatisfied with their purchase may return products within ninety (90) days of the ship date. Customers will receive credit or, upon their request, will be issued a refund. Returns after ninety (90) days are generally not accepted. Unless damaged or defective, all returned items must be in new, resellable condition and in the original packaging. If product is shipped by Crest in error, damaged or defective, customer may return the product full refund or exchange and Crest will be responsible for payment of all freight charges associated with the return.

Unless damaged, defective or shipped by Crest in error, returns after thirty (30) days from the ship date will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

In order to return a product, the customer must complete the Returns Order Request form found below. Crest will provide a Sales Return (SR) number not to be unreasonably withheld. Returns may not be accepted without a SR.

Custom made-to-order items, fabricated orders and certain large volume orders may not be returned unless defective or damaged. Unless defective or damaged, personal use items are not returnable if opened/removed from the original packaging. Non-stock dropped shipped items with an D/S icon or T/S icon are shipped directly from our vendors. These orders are subject to the vendor's return and restocking policy.

Purchaser is responsible for all freight charges unless the item was shipped in error, damaged or defective.
