Payment terms are Net 30 with approved credit application. Invoices are payable in U.S. Funds only. Please contact Crest to arrange for ACH payment.
Crest accepts all major credit cards at the time of order for domestic customers.
Customer is responsible for any additional taxes or fees associated with international orders.
Sales and Use Tax
Crest does not collect Sales or Use taxes in all jurisdictions. Customer purchases may not be exempt from Sales or Use taxes because Crest does not collect Sales or Use taxes in the Customer's jurisdiction. Customer may be required to file a Sales or Use tax return at the end of a reporting period on purchases that were not taxed and pay tax on their purchases.
