Crest Healthcare utilizes FedEx Ground or Air, UPS Ground or Air, and common carrier to ensure your products arrive on time.
 
You may choose from the following options:  
 
     Standard Ground Service 7-10 business days from receipt of order
     3-Day Air 3 business days from receipt of order
     2-Day Air 2 business days from receipt of order
     1-Day Air 1 business days from receipt of order
 
All orders must be received by 2:00 p.m. CST to ship same day (1:00 p.m. CST if submitting an order through www.cresthealthcare.com).

1-Day Air Saturday Delivery is only available in certain areas. Call our Customer Service Team for availability. Shipments to AK, HI and PR are eligible for 1 or 2-day air or ground delivery. Please add an additional 1-2 days for delivery and call to obtain a cost estimate. Items marked with the "Truck Shipped" logo cannot be shipped via common carrier. Please call to verify your facility's receiving capabilities to ensure on-time delivery.

Shipping Location
All products are shipped from Crest Healthcare headquarters in Dassel, Minnesota unless noted with a "Drop Ship" or "Truck Ship" icon (if applicable, found on the product page).  Allow additional time for delivery of these items.

Freight Policy
All freight is free on board (F.O.B) origin with freight charges prepaid and added to the invoice. Large items shipped via common carrier (Truck) are noted with the "Truck Ship" icon. It is recommended that the purchaser call Crest for a freight quote prior to placing an order for these items. Freight included offers apply to the continental U.S. only.

Third Party Billing/Choose Your Own Carrier
Third Party Billing (TPB) instructions must be included on all purchase orders. TPB is not available for orders containing drop ship or truck ship items.
 
Canadian Customers
Crest will ship all Canadian customer orders via UPS unless otherwise agreed.
Canadian customers (importers of record) must provide UPS with Custom Clearance Instructions for Future Import Shipments. Instructions should be emailed to UPS at brokacctupdate@ups.com. Call UPS Brokerage at 888-520-9090 for any questions.

Order Expediting
Crest will attempt to expedite all orders being shipped by air delivery. Crest will also attempt to ship products by ground within 24 hours of receipt of your order. You will be advised if a product you order is out of stock or has an extended lead time by our Customer Service Team.
