Product Pricing and Information Policy
All listed prices and products on this website are subject to change without notice. Crest Healthcare makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of listed prices, product photography and specifications. Crest is not responsible for photographical or typographical errors.

Repairs
For requested repairs to products, Crest will provide a repair cost quotation to Customer. Crest may require Customer to send the product in need of repair to Crest, at Customer's expense, in order for Crest to provide a repair cost quotation. If Customer elects not to have the product repaired, Crest will return unrepaired product to Customer at Customer's expense upon the authorization of Customer. If Customer does not notify Crest of its decision to repair or not repair a product within 60 days of the date of the repair cost quotation, Crest may scrap or dispose of the Product in its sole discretion.

Sales Quotes
Upon request, Crest will provide sales quotations to Customers for large quantity orders, custom manufactured products and sourced products. Sales quotes expire 30 days from the date of the quotation. Prices may be changed at any time prior to the date of order.

Order Expediting
Crest will attempt to expedite all orders being shipped by air delivery. Crest will also attempt to ship products by ground within 24 hours of receipt of your order. You will be advised if a product you order is out of stock or has an extended lead time by our Customer Service Department.

Warranty
Crest warrants that all products manufactured by Crest which do not otherwise have a stated warranty period shall be free from defects in material, workmanship and manufacturing for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment of the products. All products manufactured by a third party and distributed by Crest are sold to you subject only to the warranties provided by the manufacturer, if any. Any warranty granted in this agreement is for the exclusive benefit of you and shall not accrue to the benefit of any third party. Crest makes no warranties as to the products except as described herein and expressly disclaims all other warranties whether express, implied or statutory, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or warranties arising from the course of dealing or usage of trade.

The warranties set forth above are also subject to the following provisions:

1. The warranties are void and do not cover any products that have been altered, self-repaired, tampered with, abused, misused or used for purposes other than for the use intended by Crest.
2. You are responsible for costs incurred to return products to Crest or a third party manufacturer for warranty claims. Products repaired by Crest under warranty will be returned to you postage paid.
3. A minimum cleaning charge may apply to certain products containing visible biohazardous material.
4. Repaired or replaced products will be covered for the balance of the original warranty period, if any.

To make a claim under this warranty, simply obtain a Return Authorization Number, not to be unreasonably withheld, from the Customer Service Department at 1-800-328-8908. Return the unit prepaid to Crest Healthcare Supply at 195 Third Street South, P.O. Box 727, Dassel, MN 55325-0727.
