Receive on-screen information about what device triggered the alert and relays a signal out to caregiver pager. AC adapter included or use four C batteries (not included).
Note: Items will not work with previous DepartAlert system (TL-3004SYS/TL-3005SYS). Item is compatible with TL-4005SYS, 4017-SYS, TL-4015NC, TL-4016. Call Crest for more information.
