Backlit Elite Pillow Speaker Available Through West-Com

Crest Healthcare is proud to announce an expanded relationship with West-Com Nurse Call Systems.  UL listed Crest/West-Com designed Backlit Pillow Speakers are now available under the West-Com brand.

“We engaged with a large number of hospitals during the design of the backlit feature,” said Tim Kuck, President and CEO of Crest.  “The nurses in particular were excited about the product and were confident that their patients would really appreciate the illumination of the key pad buttons,” continued Kuck.  “We are also receiving very positive patient satisfaction feedback now that the product has been launched.”

The backlit feature will function with West-Com’s new patient station for its Novus® Connect nurse call system.  The backlit pillow speakers are built on the same solid platform as the popular Elite Pillow Speakers currently offered by West-Com, and are available through all West-Com Distributors. Designed to enhance the patient experience and improve patient safety, the West-Com Backlit Pillow Speakers keep buttons illuminated for visibility in areas with little or no lighting.
