Policies and Warranties

 

Order Expediting

Crest will attempt to expedite all orders being shipped by air delivery. Crest will also attempt to ship products by ground within 24 hours of receipt of your order. You will be advised if a product you order is out of stock or has an extended lead time by our Customer Relations Department.


Return Policy

Customers who order a wrong item or are dissatisfied with their purchase may return products within 90 days of the ship date. Customers who receive credit or, upon their request, will be issued a refund. Returns after 90 days are generally not accepted.

In order to return a product, the customer must contact Crest to obtain a Sales Return
 (SR) number. Returns will not be accepted without an SR.

Returns after 30 days from the ship date will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. All returned items must be in new, resellable condition and in the original packing. Any items returned after 30 days that are not sellable will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Custom made-to-order items, fabricated orders and certain large volume orders may not be returned unless defective. Personal use items are not returnable if opened/removed from the original packaging. Non-stock dropped shipped items with an asterisk (*) are shipped directly from our vendors. Drop shipped orders are subject to the vendor's return and restocking policy. 

Purchaser is responsible for all freight charges unless the item was shipped in error or defective.



Warranty

Crest warrants that all products manufactured by Crest which do not otherwise have a stated warranty period shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment of the products. All television receivers are sold "as is" and no warranty shall apply. All products manufactured by a third party and distributed by Crest are sold to you "as is" and are subject only to the warranties provided by the manufacturer, if any. Any warranty granted in this agreement is for the exclusive benefit of you and shall not accrue to the benefit of any third party. Crest makes no warranties as to the products except as described herein and expressly disclaims all other warranties whether express, implied or statutory, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or warranties arising from the course of dealing or usage of trade.
 

The warranties set forth above are also subject to the following provisions:

  1. The warranties are void and do not cover any products that have been altered, tampered with, abused, misused, or used for purposes other than for the use intended by Crest.

  2. You are responsible for costs incurred to return products to Crest or a third party manufacturer for warranty claims. Products repaired by Crest will be returned to you postage paid.

  3. A minimum cleaning charge may apply to certain products.

  4. Repaired or replaced products will be covered for the balance of the original warranty period, if any.

To make a claim under this warranty, simply obtain a Return Authorization Number from the Customer Relations Department at 1-800-328-8908. Return the unit prepaid to Crest Healthcare Supply at 195 Third Street South, P.O. Box 727, Dassel, MN 55325-0727.

Delivery Policy

Crest Healthcare Supply utilizes FedEx Ground or Air, UPS Ground or Air, and common carrier to ensure your products arrive on time.
 
You may choose from the following options:  

     Standard Ground Service 7-10 business days from receipt of order
     3-Day Air 3 business days from receipt of order
     2-Day Air 2 business days from receipt of order
     1-Day Air 1 business days from receipt of order

 
All orders must be received by 2:00 p.m. CST to ship same day (1:00 p.m. CST if submitting an order through www.cresthealthcare.com).

1-Day Air Saturday Delivery is only available in certain areas. Call our Customer Relations Department for availability. Shipments to AK, HI and PR must use 1 or 2-day air delivery. Please add an additional 1-2 days for delivery, and to obtain a cost estimate. Items marked with the "Truck Shipped" logo cannot be shipped via common carrier. Please call to verify your facility’s receiving capabilities to ensure on-time delivery.


Shipping Location 

All products are shipped from Crest Healthcare Supply headquarters in Dassel, Minnesota unless noted with an asterisk (*) logo.  Allow additional time for delivery of most drop-shipped items.

 

Freight Policy

All freight is free on board (F.O.B) origin with freight charges prepaid and added to the invoice. Large items shipped via common carrier (Truck) are noted with the "Truck Shipped" logo. It is recommended that the purchaser call Crest for a freight quote prior to placing an order for these items. Freight included offers apply to the continental U.S. only.
