Outbound Service Representative. This is a temp-to-hire position working 20 hours per week. Once the probationary period is complete the successful candidate may be offered a full time OSR position.
As an OSR, you would be an important part of a dynamic team. Your duties would include placing business-to-business sales calls to new and existing customers within health care facilities to establish relationships while meeting
predetermined sales goals.
Strong communication skills, phone skills, computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment are required. Recent Call Center experience is preferred. Business Systems Analyst
Crest Healthcare Supply has an immediate opening for a full time Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology group.
The qualified candidate will aid in delivering high quality value-added technology solutions that deliver benefits. This position will be required to support the organizations ERP system and SQL database and reporting environment.
Typical Responsibilities
• Assist users in defining business requirements and translate requirements into effective design and final technology solution.
• Participate in the maintenance and administration of the corporate ERP and CRM system(s).
• Maintain data integrity via SQL and Access database administration.
• Administrate corporate business intelligence using tools such as SQL Reporting services, SQL Integration Services, and Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Participate on IT project teams regarding system software enhancements and upgrades.
• Coordinate various IT training classes (report utilization, ERP/CRM training, MS software training, etc.)
• Via standards, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting ensure the technology infrastructure (hardware and systems) are operational.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 4 year college degree (prefer Computer Science or Business degree) or 2 year IT degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Advanced skills in database administration (MS SQL, MS Access)
• Advanced skills in SQL Reporting Services
• Developer skills using MS Visual Basic, Java Scripting, and SQL programming
• ASP.Net development skills would be a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with changing priorities
