Crest Healthcare Supply, a national manufacturer and distributor of durable medical products, is now hiring for the following positions:

Business Systems Reporting Analyst
Responsible for the analysis, development, implementation, configuration and maintenance of general corporate business systems with an emphasis on data analysis and reporting.  Bridges the gap between the functional and technical requirements for implementing strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements.  May act as a Project Manager on technology related projects.
The primary duties include:
  • Play a leading role in building a culture of best practices around using data. Develop a common language, consistent process, and shared understanding of report writing criteria and logic; develop a methodology for gathering insights, understanding business objects, and recognizing the problem to be solved; provide guidance and direction on how to best utilize and leverage data analytic and reporting platforms. 
  • Assist users in defining of data/reporting requirements, business use case, mockups and perform data integrity acceptance testing.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on key reporting platforms; become well versed in a variety of internal and industry standard report writing and data mining platforms.
  • Proactively mine customer, product, and vendor data for analysis and trending; use data to generate proposals for sales and operational initiatives.  Help create actionable data insights that drive revenue growth.
  • Create custom monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad hoc reports as needed to support the business.   
Additional duties to be detailed during the interview process make this an impactful position in the organization.
This position requires a 4-year degree in Computer Science or Business or a 2-year IT degree and/or equivalent data analysis work experience.  Additional requirements include working knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI and Microsoft Business Intelligence Development Studio, Microsoft SQL Server Report Builders a plus), MS SQL Server Management Studio and experience with ERP manufacturing/accounting systems.  NAV ERP experience a plus.
Additional requirements:
  • Familiarity with accounting and finance practices and principles.
  • Ability to perform financial analytics.
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
  • Abiltiy to handle multiple projects simultaneously with changing priorities.
  • Basic project management skills for leading project teams. 
This is a full time position with the opportunity to work in both office locations (Dassel and Minnetonka).

This position will be responsible for repairing and building product.  The successful candidate will have soldering, assembly and diagnostic experience.
The position requires:
o Repair Technician experience
o Ability to read and follow drawings & schematics
o Basic computer knowledge
o High School Diploma or G.E.D., two year trade school training in electronics a plus.
This is a full time position working Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
